What's the salary range for Level 8 (Associate manager) in Accenture India? Fixed compensation preferably.
For SAP functional domain - I want to be ready for the interview.

What is comp like in Minneapolis firms? Do some pay significantly better than others, or are they all the same? Spouse’s family in MN so considering a move, but I make DPW scale currently (am a litigation associate) and the salary estimate I got from a firm in MN would be 40% less than what I currently make! Cost of living and hours requirement slightly lower in MN, but nowhere near 40%! Are there any options that would not result in a drastic pay cut?

I have an offer from Bain Capability Network as an associate 3 in Retail CoE and from Accenture AI as Data science analyst for their marketing analytics team. The fixed component is same but variable at Accenture is more plus they are giving 1.5 lacs of joining bonus. I am more inclined towards consulting and bain, which one should i join. Whats the average CTC in bain at 4.5 years of experience. Any fishes to help?

I have got an offer from Accenture with 21L fixed + 27% Variable + 15 % joining bonus with designation as a Associate Manager.
I have around 10 years of total experience with 9 years of experience on SAP technology.
Should I expect more compensation than 21L or should I accept this offer?

Offered an associate position at a small firm where my monthly health insurance premium will be $800 a month! The firm has offered to pay half of that but $400 a month for a health individual under 30 sounds ridiculous to me. Am I wrong? Do you think it’d be wrong to counter the salary with a number a couple thousand higher to help offset this?
