Have an offer from a CPG company. Base salary is the same moving from HCOL to MCOL. The work is much more interesting(Corp strategy-supply chain design) but the promo path is undefined and I’m set to promo to consultant (20% pay increase) this June or December. Not interested in the work I’m currently doing (implementation), want to move cities, and having a really hard time convincing my managers to roll me off. Goal is b school in 3-4 years. What would you do?

Was just offered a 35% salary increase with a new firm, better benefits, culture, and bonus structure etc. However the title is a step back. I'd go from consultant to analyst. Will this hold me back or should I not worry about titles? Total comp estimates me north of 120 as analyst, which I recognize as high.

I currently work at Deloitte ( Risk Consultant) and my gross annual salary is 21k. We didn't receive the expected 10% increase in the salary because of the covid situation.

I just got a offer from a small bank for a risk analyst position and with a 28k salary.

( The tax in my country is 30%)

Do you think it's worth me staying at Deloitte since it's a Big4 or jump into the client, which is a rather unknown bank?

I got an offer to work as a senior consultant (accounting advisory) at CrossCountry for 95k. As an S1 audit in B4, I’m not sure if it’s the right move because I’m unsure of what I’m looking for. It’s remote (for now) based in the Bay Area. I’m in Philly now. They said they’d consider remote work permanently though. Otherwise, I wouldn’t consider living there for that salary. Second interview scheduled for this week. I currently have a comp of 120, told them I'd be looking at 160 which was not an issue..

With that said can anybody shed some insight on what the move to TCS would be as Industry Advisor from the consultant with Accenture? Is that a level between M and SM at Accenture?
