Currently an Associate Manager (which is the level below Manager in ACN Tech) and applied for a Manager role at big4. I have 7.5 YOE. I’ve completed all interview stages already. The salary I’m demanding is too high so they are considering offering SM after I come back for another interview. Bad move or good opportunity?

5 YOE in CDD / Strategy experience at a T2 prior to exiting to industry. Left at the manager level. Been in industry just over 1 year. If I want to head back, what kind of total comp should I expect?

Would you take a FAANG offer if you don't like the hiring manager and location? Or another Industry offer and you love the location and hiring manager? Comp is similar.

Is it worth bringing up my salary to them since I’m quite underpaid going into my second year as manager given the market I’m in? Moreover, should I let him know I’ve been talking with competing firms/industry companies that have been willing to offer me $90k as base (as compared to my mid-70s salary at the moment)?

Is it appropriate to ask about the comp/benefits the partner group makes at a regional consultancy I’m interviewing with (top 30)? At B4 I know I’d start around 300k in my practice, great pension, etc. Obviously it depends on growth of the firm (300mil rev last year, projecting 1B by 2026) but I’m just not sure how to go about it. I’m already a senior manager so just don’t want to join somewhere with not much room for growth even if I do join partnership.

Looking for thoughts/advice. I have an offer from the IRS for a tax law specialist in LB&I at GS-14 level. The offer is 60% more than my current senior associate salary. I found out that I'm getting promoted to manager effective 8/1 but comp/bonus convos won't happen for another couple of weeks. I have until Monday to accept the IRS offer which I plan on doing. Need suggestions and your views. Currently at Manager level in DUSI and just got 33% hike. Right now I am holding an offer from a boutique firm which is offering a much higher executive level and 30% hike over my current salary. But since this firm is pretty small and setting up new operations in India, little hesitant. What do you think fishes ?
