How do I quit recent job I took? Recently took an industry job in healthcare within a finance function. I’m 8 YOE and always wanted to get into consulting. I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a well known firm and obviously went through the process and received an offer. 3 months into this full time WFH job and I took the consulting offer to start in 3 weeks. How should I go about quitting current role?

How do you socially thrive in a remote job? I’m working at a startup without a team. Looking at my coworkers’ already full calendars hold me back from booking “casual” time with them (like lunch or coffee). I can’t navigate office politics because I have no idea who is close with whom. Even I don’t feel like I’m “close” with anyone Lol. Any advice would be appreciated~

I am a 25 year old DOD employer and I have a question. Does anyone else have a job where they’re required to come in the office at least 4 days a week with one telework day in a world where there’s permanent remote jobs and 2-3 days telework? How are you handling this?

I feel in this day and age there’s no need to be in the office all those days and if jobs don’t change this their going to lose my generation to other jobs with more flexibility.

Boss is being passive aggressive and making jokes that I don't go to the office ever since the pandemic got better. Here the work culture is so typical, people are working manually & nobody is willing to change themself & work smartly.
