If people are getting fired from companies only.because they are on bench for more than 3 months, is it wise approach to switch with higher salary now?

Hi Guys, my start up is losing funding and I’m getting laid off. Just moved to the U.K. 8 months back and will now have to move back if I don’t get a new role within 60 days. I had a great time here and truly enjoyed my stay here.
