I’m a Program Manager @ G. Currently have an Msc in Management from a great international bschool, and transitioned from banking before the masters. Debating getting an MBA from H.S/W. Thoughts?

My company recently changed my commission plan by capping half of our variable payout, resulting in the sales reps making roughly 30% less on commission checks when going over quota. Obviously this has crushed spirits, and I’ve lost any motivation to crush quota. How do I stay motivated ? Or is it time to find a new job?

Anyone feel anxiety or stressed out on Sundays thinking about getting back to work on Monday? I get this feeling every Sunday, even when I know that next week isn’t going to be that bad! Any tips?
