Hi there! I have a technical interview for an HR Generalist position coming up, and it will be my very first. Wanting to know what I can expect, how should I prepare? I’m looking to move from recruiting and talent management to a more general HR role so this opportunity is huge for me!

His resume looks good but didn't even get a chance for interview

Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?
