Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).

Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant

About 15%. 2s are probably about 24-25%.
15% for a rating of 3 is quite good (assuming 5 level rating), PwC isn't that generous...
Having gotten a 1 at Deloitte and gotten 18% 3 years ago, I’m wondering what has changed? 2s are at 25% really?
Also fixed bonuses are very smart. Deloitte is so behind on equity of pay. They need to start being more consistent.
SM1, I’ve also heard that starting this year, Deloitte is going to hand out fixed bonuses for each rating as opposed to being variable by percent of base salary. Any thoughts?
A1 i can’t speak to your numbers, only what I’ve seen and what our ranges were at the SM level the past few years. I don’t know anything about the fixes bonuses but that doesn’t mean it’s not true.
I don’t agree with 15% for a 3. More like 10 and they always try to give you the bare minimum for your first year at a new role. Unless you a rock star but then you wouldn’t be a 3 right ?
