It’s always a good day to leave PA 😌

like

I moved to a niche firm with better pay and much better WLB. I’m on partner track so I think this is it for me, but it still feels like I got out 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wouldn’t still be in PA if I hadn’t left B4 when I did

Are you leaving as a senior?

What are you wanting to do? If you have worked in industry and PA then you should know what you prefer.

So I recently left a really fun job where I was ridiculously underpaid for a very very boring job that gave me a pretty big pay rise.
