Anticipating extra $850/month for 6 months. What would be the best use of the money when already have a fully funded emergency fund, already maxing out Roth IRA, already maxing out 401k, and do not have an HSA option. Short term (1-3yr) goal is to buy a new home for growing family and use current home as a rental.
