I’m curious why more non-US citizens interested in FIRE don’t go live in a no/low tax jurisdiction even for a few years e.g. Dubai, some Caribbean islands. The focus population served would be low-income seniors with the primary customers being primary care offices that could obtain contracted case management services based on the practice’s needs/financial constraints.

I have my MSW & nearing completion of my MBA. I have 11 years experience, 6 in healthcare inpatient&outpatient.
