Any good vegetarian cook book recommendations?

Hi NYC desis - Do you guys know of any cooks that can come home and cook Indian food? My in-laws are visiting me end of this month, and they like eating roti, dal, sabji for at least 1 of their meals.

I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later. How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.
Weekend is way worse when I sleep around 3 wake up around 10/11

I started doing the 90 min waking rule for when to drink coffee and I’m wondering if it’s all fluff, thoughts? I use to look forward to it.
