My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. Finally just took a day to work from home. My office never instituted a hybrid policy, kept everyone in office full time, and now our county hospital beds are full. One thing I didn't realize was the toll anxiety and constant tension was taking on me. We all need to be a bit kinder to ourselves because this profession isn't going to do it for us.

My skin has always been a little dry. I’ve used plain coconut oil on my face for years (as a moisturizer) but recently stopped because my fave would just get red after application.
