I'm starting an independent consultancy in which I advise on racial, socioeconomic, and diversity initiatives. My monetization model: the advice is compulsory and the rates are totally unreasonable.
Bad look if I apply for one of those pre-MBA Diversity Programs specifically aimed at "diversity candidates" aka not a white woman like me? 😕

Accenture, BCG, Deloitte & E&Y all signed up to be in the consortium for eliminating the gender pay gap. All the sudden I'm feeling the urge to switch firms!
