I'm so frustrated with startups, established companies, CEOs, and Founders touting that they are looking for “diverse” CHROs. It's a lie! I'm tired and hurt when I go back and see who they hired. Ninety-nine percent of the time they never look like me.

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Anyone had similar experience?

Where is the accommodation for diversity and inclusion in communication styles? Extroverted, introverted, dramatic, calm, comforting - all should be allowed for. Why are women expected to make it dramatic and exciting for fun during meetings and then get yelled at if they get emotional? Do men get these types of feedback on their verbal delivery style? I work in Florida where the Parental Rights law concerning gender theory and sexuality in k-3 is currently being labeled the "Don't Say Gay Bill". I find it crazy that so many of my liberal coworkers, even in the social studies department haven't even read the bill and are just buying the low wholesale. I agree that we should leave those choices up to the parents. Do you guys have similar things happening where you're at?
