Any other 1st years kind of insulted by the bonus we got? I know we don’t normally get bonus but I thought it was pretty weak. The way I see it, we had a signed agreement to start work in Aug/Sep, and they completely abandoned us when they furloughed us. I would’ve made ~12K during the months I was furloughed, so minus the 2k stipend, Deloitte basically took 10k away from me(plus the COLA adjustment we were promised that never came). The bonus is only ~25% of what I lost

My employers' CEO just announced that they just received $7 million from investors. He wants to use that money to offer incentives to employees that hussle and drive more revenue for the company. We're not sure what those incentives look like yet, but here are some post-announcement rumors from my co-workers:
