Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

same ~~ any time I ask for advice on here the adults say, "you have to recognize this isn't a normal year" or "you have to try harder" 😴

I'll be your work friend 👀
You are not alone.
I graduated from college 10+ years ago and have worked many years. I recently left mckinsey as an AP and joined a new company. I feel lonely for not having work friends and constantly feel my boss might have forgot to keep me in the loop on important things or not giving me all the input I need to do my job😂
OP - Transformations are actually not that bad. If you think about it, most (of the smart) people would be able to do data analytics, PSing, etc. but the real skill lies in being able to work with people, get their buy-in, influence them, etc. I strongly believe it is the latter that would differentiate you in your career and you develop that in transformations

Hopefully you get on a better project team/soon. I’m lucky. Been at the firm 6 months. 2 project. My first one was ok. Second, my team is amazingly supportive and my manager cares to be actively involved with my development.
This is uplifting, happy for you! On my second study as well but w less luck. Hoping my next one will be better
