Tylenol has some pain medication that you can rub on. I found it at Walmart in the pain medication isle.
Oh I didn't know they had a rub on kind! I will definitely have to check it out, thank you 😊
I take Tylenol every day for back and shoulder pain.
I sure feel old, and my students tell me I am every day. LOL!
After having one student throw 9 metal chairs at me and continuously jump me from behind (he would sneak behind me when I was working with others or walking in the classroom) to the point that I now have and vertebrae sitting on top another vertebrae, and my knee on that same side constantly gives out. I live on medication, and had no breaks the entire year- without extra pay! (State of GA mandates at least one 45 minute break plus duty free lunch- totally illegal!). This same kid threw a chair and hit a sub right in front of the principal who told the sub- “That’s okay, we’ve got it covered- you can leave.” The sub looked at me and was totally dumbfounded by how rude, non compassionate, and heartless! Salonpas are great to use when pain gets bad, as is the off brand of Voltarin. Good luck- if things get worse take FMLA for it. As long as you have a doctor that works with you and understands how much pain you’re in the school will have to comply! Good luck!!!
Thank you!! Physical Therapy is helping but this is a permanent condition, with my sciatica and knee really taking the biggest brunt of the pain.
Lidederm patch! You can now buy them at CVS, Walgreens whereas before I used to get them script only. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis and have used them on my lower back and knee. They help! Try
I swear by Biofreeze for my shoulder pain!
