Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Make sure your WFH space is comfortable. Also, take frequent breaks to walk around and stretch. My back and hips have paid a huge price this year (doesn't help I have severe arthritis in those joints). Don't eat at your desk and have a stopping time. Also, if available where you are, consider some kind of co-working space membership just to be around humans. I go to one once a week in my neighborhood and it's nice to have a semi-normal feeling day.

I ended up buying an adjustable standing desk because I was having too many back problems.
