I’ve been trying to figure out dosage and medication over the past month and wanted some insight from people who may have more experience with diff doses. I started with 5mg Adderall for 2 weeks but it stopped being effective around the 4-5th day. I switched to 10 mg for a week and it was good but a bit up and down, so switched to Vyvanse 30 mg for a week, which was too strong. I’m now on 15 mg Adderall, but it feels like I can’t concentrate and I’m scattered. Question in comments:

My employer has a sponsorship program that the CFA qualifies for. They sponsor 100% but only after 6 months of full-time permanent employment; thus I will qualify in may 2023 (I just started). Promotion advice:
Lateral hire into big4 ~6months ago after 4.5years in industry. I have just had my first review cycle and did very well, some have suggested I push for promotion at the end of the year.

I don't feel like I've had enough experience in our service offering (deals and transactions) to be a M, however, professionally no problem.

I feel that as a SC I can still learn more as a cheaper resource and get put on a greater variety of jobs. Is this valid or should I push for promotion?
