What are some employee benefits provided by Wells Fargo?

Last week, I mentioned that I needed to take an appointment (my therapy appointment) this Wednesday at noon. I also mentioned that this is a medical appointment, and I don’t feel comfortable moving the appointment. I just received an email that I need to be available. How can I stick to my boundary?

Do we have access to learning platforms like Coursera and udemy or anything else? Or do we have an option for reimbursement?

If I had a dollar for every time my boss screamed “UGH C’MON” at his computer... It’d be enough to buy myself the medical coverage my company doesn’t provide. 🙃

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now. I’ve never shared with anyone that I have this problem, until I found this message board. I have so much anxiety that I won’t be able to get this under control. I feel isolated and sad.

Any advice with anxiety before calls/door pulling? Never happened before but it’s crippling now.

Here is my current cocktail: Caffeine 400mg (200 when I wake up then another 200 when I go to the gym 30 minutes later), Modafinil 150, Bupropian XL 150. I used to take adderall but it made me crazy for lack of a better word. Looking to add a stimulant for focus. Suggestions? Currently deciding between Ritalin and Vyvanse. Also, I know I’m a stim junkie I was taking adderall for 20 years so my tolerance is pretty high. Please keep it positive and helpful thanks

I gained weight during my last relationship (probably around 30 lbs, and I’m 5’9”). Before my relationship, I felt like I could get any guy. But I’ve been single for 2 years now and it’s been so hard to date. I’m not sure if maybe I’ve lost confidence, but I legitimately don’t know how to get a guy to be interested. Any pointers?

At what age did you stop comparing yourself to others and became comfortable with your own path? I can’t stop comparing myself to others who come from more wealth, have more wealth, and are better looking than me. Also have a history of self loathing which doesn’t help.

I’m a new winter grad and I feel absolutely horrendous. As much as I don’t want to admit it I’ve never been more depressed in life. It’s not even bc I’ve lost the stress from school, it’s that I really don’t look forward to my job.

I’m in PA school now but in the process of interviewing for what might be my dream job in medical imaging industry. If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery. I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.
