Anybody work on a small team where you are the only diverse member? I have always worked in places where by chance the group was diverse. I just started this job and didn’t think this would bother me because everyone seemed nice. But frankly don’t understand the jokes or the stuff they want to talk about. Feeling kind of out of place and finding myself just smiling and nodding a lot in these zoom meets.

How do youbset boundaries with coworkers. I feel like they won't figure out how to do stuff then I figure it out for them.
