Anyone else in ProServ have their role turn into a “DAM” this year? This is the most mismanaged rollout of a reorg I have encountered, even at Salesforce which has a reputation for making everyone’s lives hell with their annual reorgs. EMs are gone and nobody is clear who is supposed to do their role. Leaders keep saying they’re going to define the new roles “soon” and in the meantime it’s total chaos. New leaders with a new set of favorites and opaque standards for success make life miserable.

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)

I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?
