Anyone have experience as an EEOC investigator with a vendor / government contractor and did it help you transition to employment law management side in house, at all? I have no law firm employment law experience and am looking for a way to get in, but don't want to start from scratch in a law firm associate position. I have other in house experience outside of employment law.
