Anyone in San Diego have a rec for a dentist that doesn't force X-Rays on you? I am so sick of trying to find a dentist that'll see me without giving me an x-ray. I religiously floss 1x per day, brush 2x per day, haven't had any pain in my teeth, so no need for unnecessary radiation and more ways to bill the insurance company.

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?
