Ok NOW I can finally say I passed all four parts of the CPA exam. I can’t even begin to tell you all how hard of a journey this has been for me and how much sleep I’ve lost throughout these past few months. It was all worth it though. I see people are announcing they passed on LinkedIn so just practicing again until I finally do.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. Had my 1:1 with my People Lead yesterday to prepare for talent discussions. Said I had a great year - but need to work on being consistent. She said when I’m engaged it’s great but need to keep it going. I’ve mentioned my ADHD previously but I’m sure she doesn’t know all the components of what that means. We’ve had org issues - no clear role descriptions or expectations. Yes I do have a hard time staying engaged (and I’m medicated - Vyvance in the am, dextroamphetamine at noon). Thoughts?

Facing problems with working memory and long term memory while you did good previously. Any supplements/ therapy for memory retention and increasing listening absorbing skills?

My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. I do struggle to keep focus and generally take a bit longer to finish them, specifically the structuring of the case. Does anybody else feel the same way and any recommendations to overcome this?

Anyone else have a need to exercise daily? A lot of people judge me in a negative way and in reality it is because my ADHD brain needs it. 1) the consistency for schedule 2) exercise can help tone down the symptoms before I sit down for the work day 3) it is the only thing I can control to make it look like I am not a mess (disorganization, interrupting) - basically trying to stay in the game at work based on perception of “having it together”. New job exhaustion? I started a new consulting job on Monday and I’m mentally and physically exhausted- not from work but from the newness. Any tips? I’m embarrassed about this and surprised im not more motivated to impress
