I keep fighting with the product managers on my team, who keep assigning me new features to build without checking first if I had the bandwidth for it. How do I communicate this politely?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Does anyone else constantly get mistaken for a nurse? What do you all do to make non-professional / personal connections? Particularly with the Coronavirus, and being in domestic relations, I wake up, go to work, work out, go home. So outside of law, my interactions with people are only at the gym given that my area is draining— particularly at the moment.
