At what point do you ask for an extension that seems inevitable? My contract goes till this Friday, but the project feels quite behind, so it seems like it must extend. That said, the vibe with the agency is weird. Doesn’t feel like they understand conceptual work flows, so part of me is fine with not going past the contract date.
But money is money. 🤔

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. How do you turn down a golden offer from a very good company after learning that the entire team resigned because of the manager and company preferred to keep that manager than the team? Manager is toxic and micromanage things.
