I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you're into fantasy, the premiere of the Wheel of Time Amazon series pushed me to pick that series back up. While I don't really recommend the series (for readers of the series especially), I would highly recommend the series which begins with Eye of the World. It's one of the most critically acclaimed fantasy epics out there, and it would most likely keep you busy all year. The series is 15 lengthy novels.
I just read Surrounded By Idiots after eyeing it for awhile and enjoyed it a lot! Oh and West With Giraffes was one I picked up randomly and liked as well.
