Just moved to San Diego earlier this year. Zero regrets

Life in SD is hard to beat tbh. Moved down here from Europe 5 years ago and it’s been a dream.

SD 😎
Stay in an air B&B for a month in each city and then decide.
San Diego
Rising Star
The stories I read about ADUs in SD residential areas are ridiculous. I’d prefer the Boston housing market.
I think it depends on what kind of person you are. I love the four seasons of Boston, but it - and the local flavor - aren’t for everyone.
Either way it’s gonna be expensive and you’re gonna get taxed out the 🍑. If those are your only two options, definitely San Diego
San Diego - 1) Weather 2) Lifestyle 3) You will meet good looking people
Boston - 1) Better career opportunities especially if you are in Biotechnology, Life-sciences, Healthcare, Academia & Finance 2) You will meet lots of really smart people 3) Home to best universities in the world in case you want to further your education in future
Both are insanely expensive so that’s the common factor
Boston for sure
