By the kind of discussions going around, Market condition in UK, US and discussions with PM, I am getting a feeling that there may be some layoff in KGS too.

Suddenly the leadership seems to be very less enthusiastic and clueless about the way forward. The rigour and enthusiasm in talks have vanished suddenly. I don't know if I am overthinking.
