CR is doing mid year adjustments as well?

Yes

Am i eligible if started in jan 21?

No idea. I’m trying to figure out what the eligibility is lol

I thought they said we’d get an email if we WERENT eligible…

I will probably be out. The only problem is I really like it here.

I believe everyone is eligible. My only thought would be if you’re an experienced hire and brought in around the September hiring wave because you are probably up to market/got a good raise to come to CR.

I’m curious what the opinions are on the process they have seen or used to get promoted. I’ve never had it happen in my career this way but in my mind, your work speaks for itself, you advocate for yourself, ask for a promotion when it’s not been offered. Then you get promoted after you make your case if you do qualify. The way I’ve seen it (& a reason I’m leaving my current company) is where they only promote people when they’ve threatened to leave or received a different offer. Thoughts?

I have an offer from maxlinear, they are giving me almost 90% raise from my current CTC but the hr has taken almost a month to process the letter and also I have had rude conversations from her side. The technical manner knows about it all. I am not able to decide that whether this kind of incident will affect my work environment or not. Should I join maxlinear or not.

I was told that I won’t be considered for my promotion to SM this year end because I’m on maternity leave. This sounds sketchy given that I did everything in my power to prepare before I went on mat leave. Now I’m pushing my coach and leadership to let me go up for promotion in an off cycle promotion. Is this fair and normal or is this a sign I need to look for a new job and resign? I feel like I’m being punished for being on maternity leave.

Hi everyone! I am promoting my NFT collection with an Instagram page, but I have some doubts regarding IG algorithm. As far as I know, replying to comments etc increases visibility, as it looks like it has more interaction. However, I have many bots that automatically comments immediately every post telling me to DM them for promotion. How should I treat them? Should I reply something, or ignore them or block them? Not sure how IG algorithm would evaluate interacting with bots
