Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

Sleep, gym, fresh air, healthy foods, try to limit drinks to water, tea and coffee (no caffeine after 11am), walk, stretch and cold showers will give you all the focus you need.

The comments about sleep, diet, and exercise are not wrong. If you’re going to go the supplement route, there are things that work but generally they do not really move the needle for focus or overall wellbeing, and only enhance cognitive function marginally. But since you asked, I will give you a real answer: high quality fish oil, NAC, magnesium. Only take NAC for 2-3 weeks at a time max.
