Rising Star
1. WLB is pretty dependent on project, but in a general sense, outside FS and PCap, wlb would be pretty good for consulting (~55/60h week)
2. Again project dependent, but very little in general. It is expected to increase for sure, but I doubt it will ever go back to pre covid level
3. OW is probably the best firm to "stay safe". In addition to no up or out, MMC gives OW a lot of protection from a recession. I don't recall having seen any major layoffs in the firm for a looong time.
4. This is just hard to answer. I've seen people going to a lot of different places (and levels) after leaving, it's more on you than the firm tbf
