What does client facing YES means?

[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

American Express Bonvoy brilliant. Has a high fee but has best earning and pays for itself after ~3 nights with the free annual night + the $300 credit
FYI - old SPG Amex’s are all getting converted to new Bonvoy Amex. Otherwise A&B are roughly equivalent depending on where you want the usage (chase vs Amex).
From an earning perspective, a lot of people believe Chase points are more valuable (since you can redeem at 1.25pp) and chase points give you more flexibility thus making C the best choice if that’s your motivation.
I personally use spg amex but this is personal choice/where you use the most points.
It’s actually 1.5pp if he gets the reserve. (Which means your getting 4.5% back on dining and travel if you redeem through chase)
If you just want maximum Marriot points, then Spg AMEX. If you want flexibility to spend points in hotel/airline, then CSR
I have been using Chase Marriott card for all Marriott stays. Earn 6x Marriott points for every $ spent.
