16 weeks paid leave for all employees, no min yrs of service required
Only variable that is conditional is the health of the child for us. Considering the kid is in good health, 60 days of Parental leave and then a full quarter of WFH after that.

I know of a company that requires you to be employed for a full three months before you can take a full three months of maternal AND paternal pay. Yes, very generous I would say.

4 weeks parental leave with pay. Our male employees can extend the leave for another 4 weeks but without pay.

Yes the extra 8 weeks for birth parents is basically accounting for the STD, it's just topped up to 100% salary

At my previous company in Texas, they sent a company-wide email saying that they have worked very hard to give us parental leave. The parental leave was two (2) days. What a joke...
