Debating if I get my masters in Sports Business as a way to pivot into a career field I’ll enjoy. Currently working at Amazon as an L4 and don’t like the culture in Ops and the internal transfer process has been a terrible experience. Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.
