Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

I don’t fully understand it and won’t pretend to but no, prescriptions are still subsidized heavily (if not 100%) by insurance. I rarely pay for mine
No I’ve never met the deductible. My annual health care costs are like $200 for contacts and that’s a separate plan entirely lol I genuinely can’t think of another thing I’ve spent money on in the last 2 yrs. If you’re healthy and generally just go to your regular doctors you save a ton of money being on a HDHP. Not sure if you’ve joined Deloitte yet but once you join if you search dnet there’s a calculator where you can estimate your annual expenses and it’ll recommend which plan is the cheapest for your facts though
I just use goodrx, it’s cheaper than GTs insurance price, comparison shop.
It is legit but those expenses do not count towards your deductible. So if you are going to meet the deductible it is potentially worth paying more up front.
For me (non Deloitte) the ADHD meds wouldn't get me past the deductible so goodrx was better
