I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

It’s hard to stay optimistic about working at Dentsu when every Town Hall opens with a 15 minute breakdown on how and why we’re losing money. Appreciate the transparency but it’s not encouraging.

Funny, because I know quite a few folks at Dentsu who have had raises and promotions in the last 3 years. (They’re all a** kissers that “manage” people instead of actually creating any work product)

It’s “funny” because it’s clear your manager is lying to you and keeping the promotion budget to his or herself. I’m on your side, bro.
These huge, top heavy agencies are such a fking joke. A money sucker, the people suffer while those on top make millions. Of course they aren’t in a rush to even things out when they’re benefiting from it.
They also aren’t in a rush to change it because they think those who are unhappy can/should leave, making room for fresh talent. At least that’s what is going on on a team level.
Is there salary transparency? Serious question. People need to be held accountable.
This was a few years back, when I was at Hill Holliday under IPG at the time and it was shared with us directly when they were doing salary adjustments after assessing there was pay inequity. Maybe reach out to HR to ask?

That’s even more of a reason they should pay more… they don’t pay for offices nor equipment etc. it’s a huge money saver on their end not a favor to employees 🙃
