Do I try to be everyone's friend in the MBA program or keep my circle tight to focus on my goals? I'm spread thin trying to be social and on top of my work.

During family prayer - my mom takes nearly 40 minutes every single time (this is 2x a day, morning and night). She speaks a different language and I barely understand. How can I lovingly tell her to take less time?

My husband told me today that he cant handle another busy season - i.e me working all the time and he taking care of our two year old girl after his work. Cant say I blame him - but I feel drained

I gained weight during my last relationship (probably around 30 lbs, and I’m 5’9”). Before my relationship, I felt like I could get any guy. My sister might divorce with her husband, they have a baby of 1.5 year. We came from a divorce family and honestly never thought it would happen again - I feel powerless and I don’t know what to do. I feel bad for my sister but I am also mad at her (the fault is always in the middle) because they are not trying to fix it. I am also scared for the baby, I perfectly know what it means to grow up in a divorce family and as much as parents are present is not the same.

My sister & I don’t get along because i feel she is extremely rude & prefers outsiders over family. Has anyone quit their job because of a relationship? I started my job 3 months ago and now my employer wants me to move to NY. The thing is, I fell in love during the pandemic with a friend that I have known for 3 years. It's frustrating since I know I could continue my job from home. In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
