$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. The partners do not have experience in the industry and there are no senior managers or managing directors in that office.
