For me I can definitely tell the difference it’s odd because I feel like I do my best work on an empty stomach from 8:3 -12 once I have lunch I’m usually sluggish for the rest of the day.
This is sooooooo me. I thought I was alone 🤣
Definitely. I notice a huge difference when I am not eating well. I don't have the patience to meal plan, but it really doesn't take long to throw together a healthy meal or just make a salad to go with each meal. Baby steps.
Food has an indirect effect on our productivity because without it we don't have enough energy to be productive. I meal plan occasionally, but I mostly focus on quick, healthy meals that pack plenty of protein and flavor. I hate the idea that eating healthy means you have to eat bland.
Definitely! I feel a lot more droopy and sad when I'm not eating right. I started with making myself fruit smoothies for breakfast and it was a huge difference in both my energy and mood. I try to get a balance of the food I want and the food I need. I haven't cut out meat and dairy from my diet yet but I've been thinking about it more recently because I really like the feeling it gives me.
Yes! I make sure I ate before I do any type of work. I once did some work on an empty stomach and I just can't focus, I don't have the drive, I just don't feel like working.
Absolutely, when I'm plant based I have so much more energy
