Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Yep. Fastest way is to change companies to get large increases in your base pay.
Honestly, I feel like this is becoming more common across-the-board because of the economy. I don't necessarily think it has anything to do with how much or how little you're bringing into the company. When the economy isn't good, it becomes reflected in our paychecks.
I just left a job for the same reason, and got myself a 14% pay increase. I would have preferred more, but with the job market the way it is, I know to be happy with what I can get.
Same boat, just had my review, got 2.6%. my boss manages 3 businesses and the other 2 are down double digits. I'm saving his ass with the new products that we've launched. I'm single handedly moving us to an international sales model from North America only. I was like WTF. I kinda saw this coming and have been interviewing, had a great one on Friday, I should be able to get 15 to 20% more from them.
I wouldn't spend to much time stressing on these numbers.
Just take what you can get and move on.
