This is a good thing? Increase salary, live well below your means, retire early. Don’t give yourself golden handcuffs. You’re doing great and it will pay off in the long term!
Pro
If you’re doing the same activities while your salary grows presumably your savings rate is growing :)

You can send me $250/pay check
This bowl cracks me up sometimes
Happened to me. Don’t mind it because now I realize how much closer I am to retirement
Same here. Frivolous spending in the 20s - luxury brands all around. 100+ pairs of Jordans (all very hard to get), multiple Rolexes, used Porsche, fancy hotels, new iPhones/iPads every year, the works.
Hit 30, saw a lot of my friends have million $ net worth. Woke me up. I had 100k + in credit card debt, wrecked credit score, couldn’t buy a house. Super frugal now. Not-anal frugal but frugal enough. Like having that feeling that I’m set up for most contingencies and having freed my mind of things I want to acquire has given me a lot of time and space to acquire other, more productive pursuits.
You’re smart. I have only two credit cards now. Zero cc debt apart from some subscriptions which get paid out in full every month. They’re there only for emergencies.
Start going to strip clubs and/or hit up escort services. That's probably your best bet.
Other options could be to take up a gambling addiction or start recreational use of heroin and/or meth but I would recommend against it.
I recommend against meth as well.. the rest - go for it

Getting over being frugal? Isn’t that a good thing?

You’re tricking yourself. Everyone is good with money once they have enough of it
I had this problem. The more money I made, the less I wanted to spend.
So, I started doing a budget spreadsheet, budgeting how much I want to save each month, so that I can retire in x years. Put that money away (automatic investing). Then, spend the extra in whatever way I want. Listing places I want to travel to or things I want to do and that I will regret dying before getting to do them. Then, planning to do them ASAP. This helps me feel great spending while also feeling responsible for my own retirement.
Well I was like that until early 30. Now I just want to save so I can retire early.
Pro
yes but my goal is to start saving 50% post tax post 401k. so the goal is once you hit a certain income, you can spend that 50% like it's nobody's business while living nice AND saving
Yep I love seeing the number in my savings account grow. Like if I have 15k, I wanna make it 20k, when I get to 20k I wanna make it 25k etc. lol

What are you feeding your salary to make it grow?
Frugal is good. Cheap is bad. Frugal is paying for quality and necessary stuff at a reasonable price. Being Cheap is a vice. So if you’re frugal, you’re good.
Pro
Yes. But only because I finished saving up and buying those frivolous things that I thought I wanted. Turns out I don't care for them in the least. So I'm more frugal with my time, money, and attention because I see how wasteful I was, not because I'm penny pinching. I'm happy to still go big on something when it truly brings me joy.
I’d say it’s being more responsible with money and prioritizing where you’re spending which is a good thing. You could increase donations to charity if you wanted to do a good thing
Don’t get over it - double down. What a blessing!
Money is a tool - and you need to decide what that tool is for. Set some goals for what you'd like to do with that money. Maybe you have a halo trip you've been dreaming of. Maybe a luxury car. A watch. Early retirement.
Once you decide what this tool is for, it gives those penny pinching decisions meaning.
