I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? I've tried the chair from Autonomous and I've found them to be a bit lower quality.
I bought an iOO chair by Eurotech instead when we started working from home. These were the chairs we use in our office that were really comfortable and I just asked our office manager for the model so I can buy it too.

I recently purchased a chair from Costco. It's called LazBoy and the best thing is that it has lumbar support attached to it. I have been sitting on this chair for almost 10 hours daily with no issues so far. And yes, it has arm rests as well.
