I’ve had those thoughts as well. I left after busy season this year and am now a boomerang a few months later. It helps to take an unplugged vacation and to exercise/yoga/meditate. Just remember that you’re not alone.

I can tell from my personal experience that therapy helps a lot.

Well, I went through multiple of them until I found the one that worked best for me. Maybe you should do the same, don’t stick to one that is not helping you.

How do I know Big-Law is not for me?

I am a first year who just started a couple of months ago and I am literally confused all the time. I did some small work for two partners and they loved it, so put me on new deals but the mid levels I am staffed with absolutely hate the work I do. One said the work I did was laughable. I felt bed because I spent over 25 hours on this. I wouldn’t be very bothered but the other Associates in my class are killing it. So I just feel dumb all the time.

Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4).
