Mine is set up better than any office I have worked in. Beautiful desk. Aeron chair. Mobile white board. Functional Credenza. Office accessories (printer, shredder...), Leather couch. Comfortable temperature. Coffee service. Dog by chair side.
A small $50 desk, $100 HP monitor, my laptop (so I have 2 screens), and $75 Wayfair Chair. It’s small but it works, my apartment in DC is not that big
Sounds very functional. Office: $225. Convenience: priceless.
I like it. Better than at the office.

Double monitors and a window - better than my usual setup!
I send my dog away to her room before calls. She has a loud bark. I think it’s unfair to expect pets to behave un-pet like 😀
Some inspiration from Twitter.
Simple setup
Pool flex
I could use the tips on making it more productive.
Well I am sitting on the couch with my laptop in my lap because my bf took our home office and my kitchen is being remodeled so no table. Send help! 🤕

Dell gaming monitor, secret lab gaming chair. Safe to say my setup was geared more towards gaming than working.
If you don't have a desk, get a folding one you can put away and get a folding chair to go with it. Your back will thank you for not working on a couch or bed.
Yesterday I believe. Have seen similar in the local news. People are losing their shit. And I’m all over here like my coffee is on sale but I’m not prepared to enter the thunder dome.
Not shabby for NYC! Bought an ultra wide screen just in time for quarantine
Been working from home (small 1 bedroom apt I share with my SO) for a couple months now. Started out on the couch but quickly realized how much pain it was causing in my neck and back. Wish I had room for a desk and real office chair but I don't.
Now I use a wireless keyboard and mouse and switch back and forth between having my laptop on a stand (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01HHYQBB8?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) to keep it at eye level while working from the dining table, and using my TV as a monitor while sitting the couch and using my lift top coffee table (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0744B7PTW?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) as a work surface.
My desk and two monitors. Corporate laptop has one monitor and client laptop has the other. I need to get a keyboard and mouse for client laptop so I can move it out of way.
Me, bed, Thinkpad.
Birthday suit, bed, coffee, laptop. Puppy snoozing on the floor next to me.
How are you all able to have pups when you travel 😭
OP inspired me to work poolside for the remainder of the afternoon!
Sitting in a kiddie pool filled with lukewarm water on my back patio, with ice chest full of Natty light on one side, laptop on the other
