If your friend refers you and you get hired the recruiter doesn’t get paid.
Lol yeah of course recruiters will say it’s pointless. They don’t get paid if you do that 😂
It's not bad, but have them pass your resume to their partners not to human resources or the internal recruiting team
Do you mind explaining why? Curious because I just had a personal contact submit my resume for an opening at a top law firm and she sent it to their internal recruiting manager.
Only helps when they pass on to the partners assuming there is a or existing relationship. For instance, if I send a resume with a note of support to the partners I work with, it Carrie’s weight. Referring people to random groups doesn’t really help them any more than if they used a recruiter.
Friend’s referral to a partner would have the most weight
Only helps.
