For the ATX moms -- I need to get back into a fitness routine. This is primarily for my mental health. I haven't worked out regularly in over a year. I used to go to a gym that only offered small group training. I liked that classes were typically no more than 10 ppl & primarily women. Limited classes were a barrier, as was the fact that the workouts felt too difficult; I'd feel sore for days in between. What recs do you have for a mid-40s mom in Westlake/Tarrytown?

I like Camp Gladiator. Several locations, all outdoor. The one I go to is about half women but others may be different. You can try different ones. I was very sore the first few times but it went away when I kept going. I also sometimes just do my own thing, don’t try to keep up with everyone else. It’s still much more exercise than I would ever do on my own.

Orangetheory westlake by randalls. Do the strength 50s they are a lot smaller.

I’m not a mom (or a woman) but recently did the rental program for a Peloton bike and am really enjoying it. I was honestly not that active before and I feel like it’s been a good challenge and I feel better about my physical health since starting.

Hi! I am a pharmacy technician trainer in New England and I'm interested in salaries in Virginia. Currently up north, I make $26.11/hr to train new techs and pharmacists and have received a raise every year since 2019. Is this there anything even comparable in VA? I have 3 years experience and an associates degree in health science. Is it even worth looking?

Hey, everyone! Hoping someone may have a lead for a free online database for training approvals and registrations? It doesn’t need to be fancy! I’m in a new role in the public sector and am trying to move them out of Outlook and Excel messiness for training registrations. I’m just looking to streamline and centralize the process. (We don’t have SharePoint or any centralized database.) Thanks in advance!

so every single major dip the last 4 months have been magnified by the use of leverage. If btc drops “naturally” by 5%, but liquidations are in the billions (which they have been), then that 5% drop turns into 15%. Over leveraged apes are literally screwing it up for all of us more than just themselves. Frustrating but also somewhat positive news that onchain analytics, fundamentals, and general TA are still in play. We’ll see what happens because I don’t think these levered traders will stop

Need some advice on renting here in ATX.

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. I moved out& rented an apt for 2 mos before signing a lease on the house I live in now. This house has a serious big problem& I've found mold here too. Continued below

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?
