How intense is Year End for you? If stressful, how do you maintain your stress levels?

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. If anyone has any studies you could point me to, I’d love to see those as well! I’m 40 and my mom entered menopause at 41.

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Sadly, causing tension between me and my partner as well as he cannot relate and seems preoccupied with business as usual. Trying to get out the funk and just telling myself it’s all the hormones.

All my office has done about C19 is check everyone has Slack on their computer, just in case things get worse. Should I worry? Or is this normal for the UK right now?

Has anyone tried PRP treatment for hair loss?
I don't have male pattern baldness, but patchy hair loss and doctors are saying two session of prp would be enough.

Is it good? Whether it restored your hairs?

Anyone have wrist guard recommendations for weightlifting? I have small wrists and they don’t love a lot of pressure.

Hi ladies, I'm in my mid 40s and I think I'm entering peri. I currently have a Mirena but I should replace it again soon, but one more will put me into my 50s(!!) and I was wondering if anyone here knows that they're in peri or menopause without having periods. Is there blood work or something to check? I definitely do not want to have another child accidentally. I've got 5 more years until my youngest is in college and don't want to start over again.

Any parents who are still on the safe side with Covid? We have a 1 year old and being safe and staying mostly home is really getting to me. Most of our friends have kids who are able to mask up or are vaccinated and it’s getting quite isolating. Especially now mask mandates are being lifted feeling like we can’t go anywhere without risking our kid.

On every call, we hear Joe talk about making new Partners and his commitment. I have yet to see any of those ‘commitments’ be reflected in actions or explanations. (eg. No senior directors from commercial GTM going into PCLDE this year …) What?

Do they really think we’re going to ‘stick around’ until they ‘figure it out’ …

GTM pillar is moving out of P&T and into core consulting. Closer to the action. Very smart.
