Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

I mean would you rather get paid now or a year from now, two years from now? I think this is a pretty easy decision

Ahh well when you put it that way haha. True.
I think you should be happy that your offer is on the higher end? Worst case if they flatline your raise, you’re getting still more $ now and the same amount of $ later
AAS Director. Happy to give you perspectives on our group - feel free to DM.
Yea you’ll flatten out. But the alternative is getting lower pay now with higher percentage bumps later….
I mean you have three options it sounds like: 1) decline the offer, 2) accept the offer, 3) counter for less money?
Yes, that's what happens when you go to another firm...they basically give you your next 2 or 3 raises up front.

Depends. Are you in hcol, and what is $ offer?
What’s the range if you don’t mind? I got an offer for FAAS S1 as well!
